The GenSpring Wealth Management Process

Throughout our work with more than 700 families, we have learned a great deal about sustaining family wealth from which we have developed a patent-pending Wealth Management Process. We take responsibility for reaching out to and working with your other advisors. We work to aggregate your financial and legal information. Phase II - Organization & Planning

In Phase II we build a solid, integrated foundation around your financial capital and work to ensure that your investments, tax and estate planning, and risk management activities are seamless and sustainable. We provide you with a clear picture of your current financial situation. We introduce you to the best practices of other multi-generational families and provide you and your family with a variety of learning opportunities. And we help you to put together a strategic plan for sustaining your family's wealth in a way that benefits you and your family today and for generations to come.

Phase III - Values & Mission

In Phase III we help you and your family to work together and clearly define the purpose of your wealth. We help your family to collectively meet its shared responsibilities and pursue your mutual interests. We facilitate regular family meetings at the location of your choice while working to improve communication and build competencies. We work with each family member to define their values and help your family to understand its shared values. And we help your family to define and pursue its mission.

Phase IV - Legacy

In Phase IV we help your family to put in place a more formal, healthy family governance system. We help your family to evaluate the nine ways to organize family decision-making.
