Harmony Abney joined GenSpring in 2006 and is the director of brand communications. In this role, Harmony is primarily responsible for promoting and managing the integrity of the GenSpring brand. This includes internal and external communication, strategic partnerships, intellectual property management and various marketing activities.
Harmony has over 15 years of experience in communications and marketing. Prior to joining GenSpring, she worked in politics as an aide for the Mayor of Orange County (FL), Rich Crotty. She started her career at First Marketing Group, an Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations firm in Orlando. Harmony holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Stetson University.
She lives in Palm City, Florida with her husband and their two children.
