Alison Dye is the Advisory Center Manager for GenSpring Family Offices and member of its Risk Committee and Leadership Team. She joined the firm in 1997 where she worked directly for co-founders Hap and Ellen Perry. During her 18 year tenure, she has held increasingly responsible positions including Human Resources Manager and Office Manager for the Palm Beach Family Office.
In her current role, Alison is responsible for overseeing the delivery of GenSpring’s service offerings to client families throughout Florida. She has direct oversight of the Family Service Coordinators in Florida and has most recently begun governing the firm wide Family Service Coordinator Community to promote executional excellence, process continuity and training and enhance the overall client experience.
Alison earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Hofstra University’s School of Communication in Long Island, New York.
